Our Volunteer Programme provides an opportunity for aspiring coaches to gain experience assisting and supporting the delivery of Girls United training sessions. This provides an ideal opportunity for students or individuals looking to gain experience and make an impact in their locality.
Support the coaching of football to girls with mixed abilities alongside professional, experienced coaches
Become a mentor to a select group of girls, guiding them with their goals on and off the pitch, whilst helping them to build their confidence and leadership qualities
Access FA qualifications and continued professional development sessions with our coach education partners
Desirable Qualities: Regular availability for between 3-10 hours per week, experience playing/coaching football, excellent communication skills, time management skills, responsible and motivation to make a difference.

Girls United - Club England have ongoing paid coaching opportunities for experienced and qualified coaches (Minimum FA Level 1) on a sessional basis.
We are looking for sessional coaches to join the team to deliver fun, engaging and safe sessions. A Girls United coaching role is an opportunity to work in a positive environment with many learning and growth opportunities. Our coaches support the development of our methodology and curriculum which aims to make football fun for all and focuses on teaching life skills alongside technical and tactical skills.

• Delivering sessions to girls from 5 to 18 years old
• Putting the safety and wellbeing of players above all
• Communication with families
• Supporting the engagement in competitions
